“In 2007 Alex Vancu started his journey into the world of photography. He enrolled at the Art Academy in Timisoara, Romania. Here he followed a specialization in photography and computer images. After his studies, he further developed his photography knowledge by following speciality studies and workshops, participating in photo camps and conducting a lot of research. With inquisitiveness as one of his main character traits, he has pushed himself to unravel as many secrets of photography as possible. “We set out our plan and we convinced our wonderful photographers to follow us to the top of the mountains. We didn’t have nearly as much time as we would have liked so we left Timisoara during the afternoon and spent the first night at Poiana Pelegii at the footsteps of the mountains.
